Construction of temporary accommodation comprises a single-story prefabricated building that will accommodate two SEN classrooms, toilets, and safe space rooms, as well as all ancillary site works foundations, retaining walls, drainage, footpaths, fencing, handrails, and soft play areas connections to existing services, making good and associated works. The project was completed in one phase.
